Commercial Build-Out

Commercial Build-Out project photo

Our Role

Titrin's construction division acted as the contractor for an interior build-out of a commercial / light-industrial space within an existing building shell, with the work led by our in-house licensed builder and general contractor — coordinating steel-stud partition framing, structural work, and fit-out, along with the trades, schedule, and inspection sequence through to completion. As this was an interior fit-out with no agricultural or Agricultural Land Reserve component, the Professional Agrologist's regulatory and agrology scope did not apply.

Outcome

The space was framed out, fitted, and brought to a finished, occupiable condition under a single coordinated construction lead, with the build delivered in sequence with the required permits and inspections. The project is representative of the division's commercial construction and tenant-improvement capability across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Deliverables

  • Steel-stud partition framing to lay out the interior plan within the existing shell
  • Structural work and connections required to support the fit-out
  • Interior fit-out — wall assemblies, ceilings, and finishing coordinated across trades
  • Permit coordination and inspection scheduling kept aligned with the construction program
  • A single construction lead — Titrin's in-house licensed builder & general contractor — owning schedule, trades, suppliers, and budget through to completion

Commercial build-out — Metro Vancouver, BC

Titrin’s construction division acted as contractor for the interior build-out of a commercial / light-industrial space within an existing building shell, led by our in-house licensed builder and general contractor. The structure was already in place; the interior had to be reshaped to suit the use — steel-stud partition framing to define the layout, the structural work needed to support the fit-out, and wall assemblies, ceilings, and finishing coordinated across trades.

The work ran as a single program under one construction lead, who managed the trades, suppliers, schedule, and budget and kept permit and inspection scheduling aligned with the construction sequence. The space was brought to a finished, occupiable condition with one point of accountability throughout. As a straightforward interior fit-out with no agricultural or Agricultural Land Reserve component, the Professional Agrologist’s agrology and approvals scope did not apply; on files that do carry that dimension, Titrin can pair the build with it. We serve landowners, businesses, and developers across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and Vancouver Island.
