Titrin AgriSoil Solutions Ltd. ("Titrin", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is intended to align with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to provide. When you submit our contact form, that is your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, and the contents of your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • respond to your inquiry and discuss your project;
  • provide the agrology, permitting, construction, and compliance services you request; and
  • maintain records of our correspondence and engagements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Contact-form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your message to our business email. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data on our behalf and may handle it outside of Canada. Standard web-server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained by our host for security and operational purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, pages viewed, approximate location (city level), and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not link it to anything you submit through the contact form. Google Analytics sets cookies and may process usage data on servers outside Canada. You can decline analytics by blocking cookies in your browser or using Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under PIPA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
