Residential Renovation & Addition
Metro Vancouver, BC · 2024
Our Role
Titrin's construction division delivered a renovation and addition to an existing home in Metro Vancouver, with the build led by our in-house licensed builder and general contractor — coordinating the trades, schedule, and budget across structural framing, insulation, drywall, and interior and exterior finishing, and keeping permit and inspection scheduling aligned through to completion.
Outcome
The home was extended and renovated under a single coordinated construction team, taking the owners from existing structure through addition and finishing on one accountable file. The work is representative of the division's residential renovation capability across Metro Vancouver.

A renovation and addition under one coordinated team
Titrin’s construction division delivered a renovation and addition to an occupied home in Metro Vancouver, covering structural framing, insulation, drywall, and interior and exterior finishing under a single point of accountability. The build was led by Titrin’s in-house licensed builder and general contractor, who prepared the estimate, engaged the trades and suppliers, and managed the schedule and budget. Work progressed in sequence — framing and the addition first, then insulation and drywall to close in the envelope, then finishing — with quality checks at each stage and permit and inspection scheduling kept in step with the municipal approval, so the addition reads as part of the original house rather than bolted on beside it.
Because Titrin also handles agrology, environmental, and regulatory work in-house — led by Tishtaar Titina, P.Ag. — the firm can keep a build aligned with municipal and, where relevant, Agricultural Land Reserve requirements from permit through to completion. On this project that role stayed confined to approvals and compliance; the construction itself was carried by our licensed builder and general contractor, and any structural, geotechnical, or drainage engineering design is carried out by a qualified engineer. Titrin serves homeowners, landowners, and developers across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and Vancouver Island.
